Post Availability

This is an optional but highly recommended integration step.

Post availability for the next 365 days The connected PMS/CM shall send the availability for the next 365 days the moment of enabling the hotel's account for real-time price management to ensure that Pricepoint has the up to date availability. The PMS / CM should use a call: POST availability /API/reservations/post-items

Post changes in availability Next, the PMS/CM shall post all changes in the availability with no delay to ensure that Pricepoint always has the up to date hotel's availability. It should be done using the same call.

IMPORANT! Pricepoint can work without the availability updates if bookings are posted according to the Post Reservation section. However, it is highly recommended to update the availability to avoid discrepancies. Often PMS/CM offers functionality that affects availability such as shared inventory, blocking, or setting rooms out of order.
