# Step 4 - Enabling Pricepoint for the Hotel

Once PMS/CM has mapped the room types and rates, the PMS/CM shall push to Pricepoint the initial set of data to feed Pricepoint’s artificial intelligence and pricing engine.

The following data should be uploaded:

* Past bookings (Max. 2 years) 
* All current and future bookings
* 365-day availability

In the case, when PMS/CM does not have the ability to push bookings or does not have the hotel's past data, reservations can be also uploaded to Pricepoint via CSV file.
